After resuming ties with Warner Music  where he recorded 18 albums between 1978 and 1996, the singer and multi-instrumentalist Prince released the new single The Breakdown.

The single will be part of his new album, which still has no release date.

Cameron Strang, CEO of the record company, says: “He is one of the biggest stars in the world and a truly unique talent,”.

Leaving behind all the hurts that occurred in the past, the veteran musician bet on a new relationship with the company: “We are delighted with the results of the negotiations and look forward to a fruitful working relationship.”

Após reatar os laços com a Warner Music, gravadora onde gravou 18 álbuns entre 1978 e 1996, o cantor e multi-instrumentista Prince lançou a inedita The Breakdown.

O single fará parte de seu novo álbum, que ainda não tem previsão de lançamento.

Cameron Strang, presidente da gravadora, não poupou elogios ao artista: “Ele é uma das maiores estrelas do mundo e um talento verdadeiramente único”, disse.

Deixando para trás todas as mágoas que ocorreram no passado, o músico de 55 anos aposta em um novo relacionamento com a compania: “Estamos bastante satisfeitos com os resultados das negociações e estamos ansiosos para uma relação de trabalho frutífera.”
