Lana Del Rey won a double-platinum record in Brazil, corresponding to sales exceeding 160,000 copies from Born To Die and Born To Die – Paradise Edition albums.
The certification was granted by Universal Music Brazil and will be announced later by ABPD (Brazilian Association of Producers Disc).
Born To Die was the fifth best-selling album in the world in its launch year with more than 3 million copies and designed Lana Del Rey to mainstream.
